We offer delivery to the Durham, North Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and Creedmoor areas. Delivery fees are based on the size of the truck and the delivery distance. Delivery is available for amounts of 3 yards or greater.
In order to schedule a delivery, we need to know the type of product and how much you want delivered. You will also be asked for delivery location and dumping instructions. We do ask for someone to be present at time of delivery, a marker indicating the location be placed or precise instructions be left when scheduling the delivery. We will also need information about the dumping location to ensure that our trucks have easy access without obstacles.
We accept credit cards over the phone or you can pay the driver with check or cash. Payments are processed at time of delivery.
A loaded dump truck can cause damage to a concrete or asphalt driveway, as well as yards and other natural areas. If you choose to allow our drivers to utilize one of these surfaces to dump the materials we are not liable for the damages. Our drivers may refuse to dump in a specified area because they deem it hazardous to the location or the truck.

Delivery Notice:
If our dump truck leaves the sales yard loaded with material for a scheduled delivery and is unable to dump the materials at the customer's specified location due to an unsuitable dumping location and inability to determine a suitable location, we will charge the delivery fee with applicable taxes even if the material is not received by the customer.
All of our products are available for pick up from our sales yard during our hours of operation. We sell most of our products by the yard or half yard. Our loader buckets are calibrated for 1, 2 or 3 yards depending on the bucket size. We don’t sell by the “scoop” because that allows for too much variation.
We can load our loose materials into an open bed truck or trailer. It is important to know the weight limit for your truck or trailer. Make sure your tires and trailers are fully operational prior to heading to the sales yard.
You can check the approximate weight of any product on their individual pages.
Deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Typically, we can schedule your delivery within a day or two. Occasionally, we have same day service, but we suggest you don’t rely on that. Calling as soon as you know what you need is advised. During the early spring it can take up to a week to get a delivery scheduled due to the volume of requests we receive.
Check out the materials calculator tab to help determine the amount you need. We have some suggested depths under the individual pages for our materials.
We can deliver anywhere from 3 to 16 yards of our heavier materials (i.e. rocks) and up to 33 yards for our lighter materials (i.e. mulch). The amount you order determines what size dump truck we send out on the delivery. Our delivery fees are also based on the size truck. Our largest dump trucks do have limitations on where they can safely dump.
Depending on the time of year, we may offer delivery for less than three yards, but the delivery fee will be more regardless of the distance. Oftentimes, the delivery fee costs more than the actual product. All of our products are available for pick up from our sales yard. We can load our loose materials into an open bed truck or trailer. If you don’t own a truck, many people find that short term rentals (i.e UHAUL or Home Depot pick-up truck)
While you are allowed to have your materials placed on the same truck, we do want you to know the materials will be heavily mixed. There is no way to keep them separate during delivery or while dumping, we have tried various ways throughout the years and no method works.
There are some items, like a pallet of fieldstone and mulch, which you could separate after it is dumped, but most items will mix and cannot be separated. If you want to avoid mixing your items, then you must pay for separate deliveries.
